服务条款 (Terms of Service)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the TryonModel platform (accessible via tryonmodel.com and associated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our AI model virtual try-on services.

2. Service Description & AI Usage

TryonModel provides an AI-driven synthetic virtual photoshoot service that composites apparel and accessory reference images onto AI virtual models. You acknowledge that AI-generated imagery may exhibit stylistic variations, and outputs are generated based on probabilistic multi-modal vision models.

3. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

• Your Assets: You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to any original garment designs, brand trademarks, and reference images uploaded to TryonModel.
• Generated Commercial Outputs: Paid subscribers (Pro, Max, Ultra) are granted a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide commercial license to use, display, publish, and monetize all AI-generated outputs for e-commerce, marketing, advertising, and editorial purposes.
• Free Tier Outputs: Images generated under the Free tier include a semi-transparent watermark and are intended solely for personal evaluation.

4. User Conduct & Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload, process, or attempt to generate:

• Explicit, pornographic, violent, defamatory, or unlawful content;
• Content that infringes third-party patents, copyrights, or registered trademarks without proper authorization;
• Malicious payloads, automated scraping scripts, or tools intended to bypass rate limits or security mechanisms.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Payments for TryonModel subscriptions and top-up add-on packs are processed securely via our Merchant of Record (Paddle). Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

TryonModel services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall TryonModel or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
